In response to the comment made about Scottish football. how many decent teams are actually in the Premier League? as for rubbish players there is an abundance of them in the Premier League. it's way behind the likes of Spain and Italy not only at club level but internationally. Only decent players in England are foreign as everyone was able to see against croatia and the past two major tournaments you had yourselves already winning before a ball was kicked. Stop living in the past. Speaking of which. The last time English football was any good was when it was inundated with Scots. Dalglish,souness etc. As for fans. You are having a laugh. do away with Kuyt (good when he has not got the ball, Voronin (nowhere near LFC level), Sissoko (good in a tackle but cannot pass for. ), Kewell (such a big flop since arriving even now with a few games under his belt still does not look like the same player we brought from Leeds), Leto (seen in the reserves and he is rubbish), Carson (cash in on the keeper to buy better outfield players), I am also going to go with a risky one which no one else will agree but loose Mascherano if £17 million is the asking price, last three games I have seen Liverpool dominate but not killed the game off especially Vs Manchester City and Wigan, we need some other class up front not another midfielder so that money would be best used on Berbatov. Mascherano too scores to few goals in fact no goals since arriving and you need more from a midfielder whether they are defensive or otherwise, Riise (was a great player but we have seen his best days), Aurelio and Arbeloa (i think these guys are too average), possibly Finnan (again like Riise maybe his best days are past him).

Players that have to stay –
Gerrard, Torres, Carragher, Agger, Alonso, Babbel, Crouch, and Hyypia (purely because he is LFC through and through even if he just warms the bench let him see his career out at Liverpool)
