Hi, just a few comments R. e. the F. A's new ideas for grass root and upwards football. It is well beyond time that we follow the lead of rugby union/league. I have never been able to understand how 22, 17 stone or more men walk away with complete respect from the referee despite the decision that has been made, but football players will harrass and harangue our refs. I do not think that the rules in rugby are any more or less complex than football and give rise to more or less mistakes by the officials yet there is a complete respect in the egg chasin/ball Carrying game.
After watching an under 11's game in the park I have to agree with the roping off of pitches for childrens football. At said game I saw 7 parents and 2 coaches 6ft onto a pitch all giving orders to the poor players, is it any wonder they feel the need to let off steam at the referee, someone who they do not know and that will not shout back.

I have done some research on the talented players that havnt really been found young and players that are in the mid 20's

Sherman Cardenas: plays for bucarmangu in colombia is a very young and talented 17 year old attacking midfielder

Celsinho: plays for lokomotiv moscow but is currently being loand at sporting cp is an attacking midfielder but is left footed unlike Cardenas

Leyrielton: plays for goais in Brazil is a right back that can push up into the right midfield

Rodrigo Tiui: anotha Brazilian this one plays for fluimnse and is a really good goal poacher
