i never said Gerrard was a bad player, he is world world class, but people seem to think he's the best in the world, where in truth he is probably just out of the top 5 in the world, which all things considered, isn't bad.

and Crouch, well there is no hope for u if u think Crouch is a good player, he's awful, yes his goalscoring record for England is impressive, however, he scored 3 of those against jamaica. and the rest was all against terrible opposition, such as andorra etc. he's a average footballer at best, and the fact that he has 19 caps for England makes me not want to be English, everytime we field him the likes of Italy and France must laugh at us for playing such a apPauling player. he has no flair, no pace, no creativity, and for being 6ft 7 or whatever he is, he isn't exactly great in the air either. everything about his game in ugly, and he, is 2nd on my list of most hated people, behind Gary Neville.

First of all I mentioned Rio in the overrated players, secondly Crouch is very underrated, hence barely getting a game for England despite having 13 goals in 19 games, and to say Gerrard is overrated, clearly YOU have no knowledge, he's the only player in the world to score in a Champions league final, FA Cup final, League Cup final, and a UEFA cup final, he leads by example and drags the best out of other players, get a grip of yourself.

Arsenals failure to spend money will see them fall from CL to UEFA cup if things don't change. I mean is it just me or have gooners been bangin on about having a great side for the future and lots of potential talent for the last 10 seasons? how far in the future do they see these things happening? 50 years? if Arsenal don't start splashing the cash or at least spending a little money to improve then the big names (Gallas, Henry, Fabregas, rosiscky E. t. c) are going too leave and that will be the end of CL football for Arsenal.

Listen Reading are not capable of making the top 4. they have a great sqaud a great manager who has made some great sighnings like kitson and Sidwell ( too bad his leaving) but at the end of the day Reading fall well short of any of the big 4 in terms of qaulity. not to mention financially. agian like I said I have nothing against Reading but champions league football please. I think coppell has his sights set on making Reading a permanent premirship club like bora and Blackburn have done since being promoted. and not following in the likes of Ipswich Town as one season wonders.

The people predicting the Premiership next yr. I can't see it going the way u think at all. I still believe the title will be between Man United and Chelsea. Arsenal challenging along with Liverpool. the best of the rest, well Spurs, and as a Newcastle fan, id hope Newcastle aswell but I cnt see it. althought Bolton and ther band of bullies have placed high with sam in recent years, I cnt see them doing anything like that next yr, and maybe even sLipping into the relegation battle. if the Tevez affair ammounts to nothing id expect a good season from West Ham, maybe even gettin into Uefa cup if Tevez stays at upton park. Roy Keane will keep Sunderland in the Premiership, with Wigan Derby and Birmingham going down. that's my view on the season anyway.

Reading CAN finish in the top 4. Arsenal are forever moving backwards at the moment and sooner or later (probably next season) someone (possibly Reading) will break up the 'big four' by finishing above Arsenal. And as for who Coppell will sogn, I haven't a clue most if the rumours at the moment are just made up.

I am an avid Liverpool fan and utterly disgusted about what my "fellow redmen" are saying on this site. Rafael Benitez will not be leaving and the only reason he has not made any big signings is because he is on holiday until the Spanish league finishes as nearly all of our targets are playin in la liga. Milito, Eto'o, Torres and Silva to name a few. The new owners are backing him 100% and with the new stadium being unvieled he will be as excited as the rest of us for what new theatre we will put on a show at! I'm guessing the real Liverpool fans agree with nme on this?

To the guy who said Reading won't finish fourth because we've lost Sidwell: One man doesn't make a team and I'm not sure that many fans are overly bothered that Sidwell has moved on. Coppell will make 2-3 shrewd signings this summer and with the ones we've got with a year of experience under their belt, Reading will only go from strength to strength this season, and The Champions League is a real possibility.

The story abouy Mike Ashley and David Dein is totally untrue, Ashley is a recluse and stays on the outskirts of a hertfordshire village with a 1 1/ 2 mile long driveway so doesn't have any neighbours far less David Dein who stays in North London

firstly to the guy who had Reading in fourth place were you born yesterday Reading have lost Sidwell on the free and don't exactly have a replacemnt lined up. and even if Sidwell stayed Reading would never make the top 4

and to the second guy who had Arsenal in 7th place? Arsenal gave fininshed fourth this year with van Persie and Henry missing for the second half of the season and Gallas was injured early in the season. so now van Persie and Henry come back I'm sure Arsenal will fininsh in the top 4 and who knows maybe win the league.
