Is this site fun by a Liverpool fan? I have just noticed that there are very few negative rumours about the lovely RS, but many about other clubs, particularly Everton, Tottenham and Villa. I even had an accurate but negative rumour about Liverpool sliced out of one which also showed an Everton rumour. Come to think of it, there seems a distinct top 4 bias (with the possible exception of Arsenal), which puzzles me seeing as at least one team in that top four, Liverpool, is about to be replaced by a better one (probably Everton, Villa or maybe even Tottenham). So what is going on here? Is the Liverpool bias so strong that it cannot take the truth?
LUFC LATEST.
To the person who reckons Darren Huckerby is having talks with Leeds. Your WRONG, as he signed for San Jose Earthquakes last week
To the Rangers fan who said Boruc is prone to makin howlers, you havin a laugh?, seriously, the value is that high to scare off clubs making an offer
Newcastle are still in uncertainty under who the correct manager should be, rumor has it that Alan Shearer was seen entering St. James;s park last night discussing the managers job with Mike Ashley.
Quote: I am from Scotland and have two of the biggest fan base clubs to choose from in Rangers and Celtic, however I am a fanatical Newcastle fan
I thought I would give you our take on the debate between Everton/Tottenham versus Newcastle. We are based in Glasgow and most of our workplace is, unsurprisingly, Celtic and Rangers supporters. There are 24 people in this sample. The question asked was this: Which team between Everton, Tottenham and Newcastle is the biggest? These are the results:
TO ALL the Newcastle fans that think they are big because they have money please come back to down to earth Zaragoza had moneY? It's only a matter of time before money buys the world right? WRONG Martin Jol did a great job at Tottenham and now Ramos is making goog signings as for Newvastle. lets just hope that 'SPIDER MAN' does not turn into another was good joined the TOOn now rubbish. i.e. ummm Bramble? Boumsong? Smith? Duff? Babayaro? should I continue? btw I follow Everton
Who ever said Joe mattock is leaving if Ipswich sell should understand he is in fact a LEICESTER CITY player,
I agree with that guy that said for other fans shud vote for which club out of Newcastle, Tottenham and Everton is bigger. My vote goes with Newcastle because they have the most potential and more money. Also when you are in the away end at Newcastle you feel scared for your players because of the great atmosphere. Tottenham and Everton grounds just do not give that excitement.
Crouch agreeing personal terms 2day with Pompey and Rafa is trying his best 2 sign Villa from valancia 2 team him up with TORRES
Why do the ARSENAL fans keep saying "Thanks for READING", is this implying they want Steve Coppell?
Quote "As for the big club debate, Tottenham and Everton have had more success in recent history, but NUfc are more well known globally, so the verdict depends on how you judge a club to be ''big''.
Arsenal rumours. Wenger will probably accept 25 million+ for Adebayor, because of his excessive wage demands, which for a player who has only played well for one season is arrogant and selfish. Not totally sure but did not Adebayor have similar attitude problems at Metz, Monaco and with Togo? Fans, do not be surprised if Wenger does'nt sign a replacement. Bendtner is of a similar mould to Adebayor and Arsenal already have Van Persie, Walcott, Eduardo and Vela as forwards or forwards. As for Hleb, a fee in the region of £14 million is decent for a player who barely scores and dribbles around all game producing next to nothing in the opposition danger zone. Samir Nasri is more than likely his replacement, but he may take time to adjust to a very physically demanding league. Flamini's replacement will probably be this Amaury Bischoff, who in all honesty I have never heard of. Aaron Ramsey is one for the future, but likewise I have never seen him play. I doubt these transfers will appease the fans, who expected mega changes and Mills of pounds being spent on reputable players. If Arsenal struggle again this season, some of the more fickle fans may turn on Wenger and if there is a boardroom takeover, he may even be replaced with a manager which will take the club in a new direction.
Let's have a laugh as all these rumours play themselves out, one way or another. I mean Huddlestone was supposed to be a gonner. Just shows the average fan knows sweet FA…
I wish Newcastle would get buying. It is obvious Keegan has some money, or we would not have bid £16 million for Modric in May. We need a playmaker like Pablo Cesar Aimar or Andrei Arshavin, as well as an experienced centre half to help develop Steven Taylor, we also need a forward, Vagner Love would be nice.
Leicester City
Birmingham City – Sebastian Larsson has told Alex McLeish that he wants to continue playing in the Premier League, he has a Clause in his contract allowing him to leave if BC were relegated and a certain fee is matched. McLeish wants to retain his best players to aid a return to the top–flight at the first attempt but he is a little powerless; as a result BC have been touting Larsson to a number of Premier League teams for a season–long loan deal – namely Stoke, Hull City, Wigan and Bolton so far – whether this will satisfy the player remains to be seen.
Engelaar has not signed for Shalke04. He has only agreed terms. After a fairly decent showing at the Euros expect bigger clubs to look to sign him. I think the fee S04 offered was around £2 million. Expect 3. 5 for him soon. So Newcastle maybe. Doubt it like.
I thought I would add my opinion to the best team thread by looking for a manager. The most overrated managers in the Premiership are Benitez (the worst, he can only play in one competition at a time, sulks when things do not go his way and is, perhaps, the most undignified man Liverpool have ever had as manager, with the exception of Souness), Ferguson (very good but hardly Howard Kendall is he? ). The most underrated are Moyes (possibly the best manager in the Premiership since Kendall) and O'Neil (should be managing at the highest level and Villa should feel lucky to have him).
I do not think any team should be rumoured to be involved in transfer as it would seem from this site that Liverpool and Arsenal ahev or are going to buy all the players in the world
Feck sake, it makes laugh, that Man United fans are complaining and up in arms that the worlds greatest diver wishes to go onto a bigger club, he is only exserting his rights to move on and better himself financialy, which most sane individuals do in life, the days of playing for the jersey are OVER, football is a business for the clubs to make money, so why, pray tell me, should a working class individual, be castigated for trying to better himself, by moving to one of the biggest clubs in the world, God. if the truth be known, anyone born with the skill this young man has, would do excactly the same, methinks some little Engurlanders will have to wake up and realise that the English football league is not anything, without, dare I say it, JOHNY FORIEGNER and when these individuals want to move on, so be it, just like Sir Fergie did when he choose to move on and disregarded his country and principles for the sake of the dirty lucre.
V1. you seem to have lost the plot. again you posted that shaun Wright–Phillips will sign for Liverpool? then you said he would sign for Aston Villa. what about the rest of the Premier League? you cannot leave them out? how about sharing him? say each week he turns out for different team?
Good morning children, bet you are all looking forward to the Summer holidays eh? Glad to see this site is still the same blend of ludicrous bullshit, wishful thinking, and three year old literacy levels it has always been.
I'm sick of this circus bout Ronaldo I want him out he has no respect at all for the fans or the club. we won the championsleague and Premier League again n he wants out well let him, I can see him being a massive flop at Madrid I think we should get a player cash deal in exchange Robben or Robinho. I would love a big centre forward like Berbatov, Nani is a great crosser of the ball he showed this against Germany I no he's not as good as judas but he has potential and well see roney at his best not givin greedy Ronaldo the ball, I just hope Fergie gets a couple of good players n we win wot we can next year.
