Having recently been to the west ham v man city game i have to say if i was a man city fan i would be seriously worried at the performance.on the back of poor performances by the hammers in the cup i was a little bit anxious about the visit of a team with so many attacking options.but they offered very little robinho was awful and west ham out played them in all departments i wonder how long hughes can survive, his assesment of the game on sky was a joke i don't know what game he was watching but to say they were worth a draw is laughable.

Why does everyone on this site think they know someone inside a club :S i am a Liverpool fan, , we do not have money for Aguero Villa or anyone like that, the yanks r skint , sooner they go the better, rick parry left this morning which is a step forward, alls we need is new owners and we will be ok,Rafa must stay :)

Someone talking sense at last i would be amazed if west ham were to let collison go anywhere,anyone who watches west ham regulary would realise he is one of the best young prospects to come out of the youth set up for a long time you are talking about a player here that in 2-3 years could be a 20 million pound player so 2 or 5 million that is just insane.players like collison tompkins and sears are west hams future,and with zola keen on developing the youth set up i really can't see it.

To the obvious fulham fan who reckons collison will go to fulham in the summer. Is there something wrong with you mate ? Jack collison is one of the best young talents in the country. Do you honestly believe that firstly, west ham would even consider selling him? and secondly, why would he want to go to a mediocre club, stepping down from a club that are chasing europe.

I feel sorry for tony adams he took over a ageing team that was built by harry redknapp for short term success,the wheels were already coming off before adams took over and with no money to spend this is why harry jumped ship. Spurs fans beware this man is a liability when the money dries up he will be off before he is held liable for the poor form and his reputation as a so called good manager is tarnished.

The Arshavin to Arsenal deal has fallen through because Arsenal wouldn't pay a signing-on fee either to the agent or to Zenit.

Arshavin was not present when the talks were called off.

However, he can now attempt to buy out his contract with Zenit and move to Arsenal as a free agent OR sit and wait for more bids (from Arsenal and others) in the summer.

The above is unlikely because his agent wants at least £2 million for himself whatever happens. HIS AGENT HAS BEEN THE PROBLEM IN ALL NEGOTIATIONS. In an ideal world, Arshavin would dump his agent. . . but this is Russian and you don't know what the repercussions would be.

I can confirm that La Paella Tapas Bar has made Senor Benitez an offer of head waiter during the tourist season.
