Paul Hartley and Paul Quinn will not be signing as they will sign for Bristol City and Cardiff respectively.

Driver will not be sold, especially to Rangers, but it doesn't matter cos they don't have the money anyway!!

To the newcastle idiots who say their going to trade places with sunderland because shearers the messiah. A few factors here

1. Last season all three clubs relegated from the championship were ex premier teams.
2. Its shearers first appoinment as a manager, he hasnt even done his coaching badges.
3. Steve Bruce has managed a total of 7 clubs, and has been managing since 1998.
4. Sunderland have a 50 million plus budget.
5. Newcastle are in a massive amount of debt and are about to off load to a malaysian consorteum who by all accounts are also in debt.

Wigan are close to agreeing a deal for Jermaine Pennant on a free. He is the man chosen to replace Valencia. Most of this is spot on,
Wenger only said he was interested in Benzema to get ribery. He agreed to pull out of the benzema deal if in return real agreed to pull out of the ribery deal.

Finally, just because some players sign a new contract it doesn't mean that they won't leave that club. What does a contract mean nowadays? Many just sign a new contract to get a buy out clause in their contract.

Everton to buy Stephen Hunt, Reading to buy Tommy Smith and Loan Jack Cork. With Brendan Rodger's Chelsea connections I would expect some other loanees from the blues.

Tommy Smith will complete a £1.8 million move to Cardiff City in the next 24 hours. Cardiff are the "unnamed" club who have had the bid accepted.

However the Mancini deal should be tied up this week, and one from Balotteli, Bojan or Aquafresca to be brought in on loan within the next two weeks. I have a close source that has told me a rumour that Michael Owen has verbally agreed to join Everton his boyhood club. More news on Cardiff City. I work in the Asda superstore near Cardiff new Leckwith stadium and just saw Jason Koumas being driven into the ground. Rumour down here is that Cardiff see Koumas as the perfect replacment for Prem bound Joe Ledley. Koumas has always thought highly of Cardiff after his loan spell there and would love the chance to play reg football again. Expect valencia to be the only major signing of the summer for Man United. SAF is going to start playing a 442, with rooney and berba permanent starters, with macheda as a sub. the defence and midfeild will only be upgraded if players leave, like the many rumours about vidic.
SAF will wait until january, and has been promised by the board that he will have all the money from ronaldo to spend. he will upgrade in january if needed.

Arseanl have been given funds from the russian share holder (usmanov. .not 100% on his name), but wenger will stay true to his policie. he may make a few signing, like dezko, but most of the money he won't spend. And even if he wanted to buy a big name player, it would be near impossible with real madrid buying a new player every week.

Manchester United are now looking at signing Atletico Madrid's young striker Sergio 'Kun' Aguero for around €35m. Atletico may try to hold out for more money though, nearer the €40m mark. Adebayor to move to AC Milan for an estimated £15mill and Arsenal will replace him with Roma forward Vucinic as he has caught Wengers eye as a "born predator". Also Fabregas looks certain to return to Barca and will probably be replaced with Lassana Diarra of R.Madrid. He looks to have fallen out of favour with Madrids recent capture of Kaka. He sees a move back to the gunners as an ideal opportunity to continue his progress and continue to play in the Champions League. Kolo Toure may also leave with R.Madrid also looking to strengthen their defence and Wenger sees the best replacement as Lescott from Everton and Lescott would love the chance to experience Champions League football. A goalkeeper is also desperately needed and i would suggest either Seb Frey or Artur Boruc as ideal replacements for Almunia and Fabianski both of which are not good enough to play for the Gunners.

United are in talks with Michael Owen today. This is totally unacceptable.
