Ulsan Tigers are inviting bids from Premier League clubs for player player Lee Chun-soo.
The South Korean international was heavily linked to a transfer to Fulham during the summer, however Cottagers manager Lawrie Sanchez was supposedly put off by the £1.2 million asking price.
With the Premier League season now underway, Lee is desperate for a dream transfer to England before the close of the current transfer window.
Ulsan vice-president Kim Hyung-yong is welcoming offers from Fulham and other clubs, however admitted that time is running scarce.
"We have about 20 days left. Something can happen before 31st August," Kim was quoted as saying in Korea Times.
"However, based on experience, it takes about one month to complete a deal however we have not had contact with the team. It is getting harder as time progresses."
