Former Russian international defender Vadim Evseev is to return to the Premier-Liga by joining FC Saturn Moskovskaya Oblast from FC Torpedo Moskva.
The 31 year old, who scored the play off goal against Wales that had taken Russia to UEFA EURO 2004, will link up with his former captain at FC Lokomotiv Moskva, Dmitri Loskov, who moved to Saturn last month.
Evseev has made 20 appearances for 1st division Torpedo this season. Saturn are 9th in the Premier-Liga with 11 games to go, having climbed 3 points above the relegation zone with their 2-0 defeat of FC Kuban Krasnodar on Saturday.

Belarus defender Dmitri Lentsevich has joined FC Dnipro Dnepropetrovsk on a free transfer from FC Torpedo Moskva.
The towering 24 year old centre back joins the Ukrainian Premier League side until the end of the year having failed to secure a place in the starting XI at Torpedo after joining them from FC Dinamo Minsk in 2005.
He made only 14 league starts for the club and will now try his luck at Dnipro, where he will play alongside international team mate Sergei Kornilenko.
His new employers start their UEFA Cup campaign in the 2nd qualifying round which kicks off on 16 August.

FC Chornormorets Odesa have named Vitaly Shevchenko as their new coach after Semen Altman's contract with the Ukrainian UEFA Intertoto Cup contenders expired.
Shevchenko returns for a 2nd spell in Ukraine having previously been in charge of FC Metalurh Donetsk, helping them to 3rd place in the 2004/05 Premier League. Shevchenko represented Chornomorets as a player between 1975 and 1981.
Born in Baku, he played for FC Dynamo Kyiv before joining Chornomorets however started his coaching career in Bolivia before returning to Russia to lead FC Rostov, FC Saturn Moskovskaya Oblast, FC Uralan Elista, FC Torpedo Moskva, FC Uralmash Ekaterinburg, FC Gazovik-Gazprom Tumen and FC Terek Chechenskaya Respublika.
Chornomorets start their UEFA Intertoto Cup campaign in the 2nd round, playing the winners of the 1st round tie between Belarus's FC Shakhtyor Soligorsk and Armenia's FC Ararat Yerevan.

FC Lokomotiv Moskva are to loan Marat Izmailov to Sporting Clube de Portugal, subject to a medical, as the attacking midfielder is looking to reignite a career that once promised so much.
Izmailov, 24, was touted as one of Russia's good expects when he joined the Railwaymen from FC Torpedo Moskva as a teenager, however has since seen his progress hampered by a succession of injuries and setbacks.
He made only 10 starts in 2006 and has featured in 4 of Lokomotiv's 13 Premier-Liga games this term, with his playing time restricted to 126 minutes.
He signed a new 4 year deal in Moscow, though, before agreeing his season long transfer to Lisbon. "Izmailov has made the right decision," mentioned Lokomotiv coach Anatoli Byshovets. "I will be following his progress closely, and would not rule out us working together again in the future."
Elsewhere in Portugal, UEFA Cup contenders FC Pacos de Ferreira have brought in experienced UD Leiria midfielder Paulo Gomes on a 2 year contract.
The 32 year old will be joined in the 1st team set up by Jorginho, Leal, Fabio, Silverio and Cristelo after each of those 5 players signed their 1st professional contracts with the club. Pacos's team for 2007/2008 will be complete with the arrival of another central defender and forward.
A. Naval 1° Maio have unveiled Hugo Santos, a 24 year old former Clube Operario Desportivo midfielder, and 23 year old Boavista FC left back Igor Rocha on 2 year deals. A. Academica de Coimbra have landed CD Feirense midfielder Cris, 23, for an undisclosed fee.

Boavista said today that versatile defender Bruno Pinheiro, 19, signed his 1st professional terms, whilst CS Maritimo said the buy of 23 year old Venezuela left back Edder Alfonso Perez from Caracas FC. The player is presently on international duty at the Copa America, after which he will move for a season to Maritimo, who have bought 50 per cent of his playing rights.
Finally, promoted Vitoria SC today unveiled forward Miljan Mrdaković, the 25 year old Serbian arriving from Maccabi Tel-Aviv FC on a 2 year contract with the option of an extra 12 months. "I cannot make promises, however I hope to score lots of goals," he said.
