Kilmarnock midfielder Mohammed Sylla is looking for a new club after a fall out with manager Jim Jefferies.
"We require everyone pulling in the one direction and no disruptions, Jefferies informed BBC Sport.
"He has apologised and mentioned it is maybe best if he moves on, so it is a mutual thing. You cannot have players doing whatever they like. If he can find a manager and a club that will let him get away with that, then good luck to him."
The former Celtic and St Johnstone player signed a 2 and a half year deal in January, having arrived from Leicester City.
And the Guinea international made 12 appearances for the Rugby Park club, without scoring.
"He's a bit of a complex character and he has his moments," added Jefferies. "But he's actually a nice lad. We'll only get on with people who would like to turn up and do the right things and we will be alright."

Former Chelsea winger Filipe Morais signed a 2 year deal with Hibs after featuring in Saturday's 1-0 friendly triumph against Boro.
The Portugal U21 international, who made a lively contribution as a substitute, arrives from Millwall.
The 21 year old was on loan at St Johnstone last season and scored once in 16 appearances for the Saints.
"He came very highly recommended by contacts at Chelsea," Collins informed the Edinburgh club's website.
"I saw him for myself last season when he was on loan to St Johnstone both before the CIS Cup match and in that game itself. He is very strong whilst comfortable on the ball, I would said he is exactly the type of player we are looking for at Hibs and we are delighted that he has agreed to join us."
Morais spent 4 years with Chelsea however was freed to join Millwall last year, following a loan spell at MK Donsa loan spell at MK Dons.
Having beaten Bolton 3-0 Wednesday, Hibs had taken a 2nd English top flight scalp when Ross Campbell netted in the final minute against Boro.

Hibs have handed a trial to Millwall winger Filipe Morais.
Morais is looking for a new club after being informed he can leave Millwall.
The 21 year old, who spent a spell on loan at St Johnstone last season, was offered the chance to win a transfer to Easter Road.
The former Chelsea midfielder will feature in Hibs' friendly with Boro on Saturday so manager John Collins can cast an eye over him.
Morais mentioned that he is excited at the prospect of joining Hibs.
"I am really excited at the prospect of playing for a club like Hibs," Morais informed the Scotsman.
"It is a good chance for me to prove myself."

Midfielder Derek Young has made a surprise return to Aberdeen, the club website has announced.
The 27 year old started his career at Pittodrie and made 129 appearances for the Dons between 1998 and 2003.
Current Aberdeen manager Jimmy Calderwood brought Derek and his brother Darren to Dunfermline in 2003.
Following 3 seasons at East End Park, he started last term at St Johnstone however moved on to First Division rivals Partick Thistle.
Young made 31 appearances for the Jags, scoring 5 times.
He will meet up with his new team mates when they return from their visit to Egypt Wednesday.

Falkirk have agreed to allow forward John Stewart join St Johnstone on a 6 month loan deal.
Stewart failed to score for the Bairns last season, following his summer move from Aberdeen.
"I am hoping John can take advantage of this and prove to us he can do a job," Falkirk manager John Hughes informed the club website.
"Nothing would please me more than to take him back in January, an enhanced and better player."
Falkirk paid a an undisclosed, 5 figure transfer fee for Stewart however the 22 year old failed to shine.
And the player did not travel on the pre season tour to Holland, with Hughes punishing him for a breach of discipline.

Jason Scotland is officially a Swansea City player after been granted a new work permit by the Home Office.
The Trinidad and Tobago forward had agreed a 2 year deal with the Swans, however the transfer was subject to him being granted a work permit.
A one hour hearing in London Wednesday rubber-stamped his move from St Johnstone for a nominal fee.
"It is absolutely fantastic news, we had a very good hearing," Swansea manager Roberto Martinez informed the club website.
"We were all delighted to hear the positive outcome and I am already excited about working with him. He will be a quality buy to our squad. Goalscorers are the most precious commodity in football and I think we have captured one of the highest calibre. As I mentioned before, he has a magic touch and can make something out of nothing. He will certainly entertain and excite the crowds at the Liberty Stadium and beyond."
The Swansea team at the midday hearing consisted of Martinez, GM Alun Cowie, chief scout Kevin Reeves and Scotland's own representative.
The 28 year old scored 26 goals in 46 games for Scottish Division One side St Johnstone last season.
Scotland comes highly recommended by his former T&T team mate Dennis Lawrence, the central defender who is at the Liberty Stadium.

Aberdeen manager Jimmy Calderwood has once again turned to the Dutch amateur ranks in a bid to increase his squad.
De Treffers winger Arafath Heuvel, 31, will have a month long trial with the Pittodrie club.
"I think we are still a wee bit short and when the chance to have a look at Arafath came up I thought we should take it," Calderwood informed the P&J.
"He played for Groningen several years ago, he has pace and knows the game. He can play up front or wide on the left."
Scott Calderwood, son of the Aberdeen manager, was busy scouting for skill in Holland.
The Dons had hoped to sign amateur Robert Fik however the forward turned down the offer of a one year deal after passing a medical.
Fellow forward Dyron Daal joined Aberdeen from Holland on amateur terms last year however failed to break into the 1st team and has since joined St Johnstone.
On Heuvel, Calderwood added, "The fact he is very quick and plays in both positions is the attraction. He was due to go on a cruise next week and the fact he has cancelled to come to Aberdeen mentioned that a lot about the lad. I saw him play as a youngster and he looked as if he was going to go all the way to the top."

Dundee United have completed the signing of Inverness defender Darren Dods on a free transfer.
The 32 year old will join up with the rest of the team for pre season training at the end of next week.
Dods signed a pre contract agreement to join United from fellow SPL club Inverness in January.
Dundee United manager Craig Levein said, "His leadership qualities are well known and will benefit the team as a whole."
Levein continued, "Darren will bring further experience and solidity to the defence. Looking to the future, we have a number of very young players in the team and experience is not only required to help them develop, however is vital to the success of any side. Darren will bring exactly the type of experience we require."
Dods had previously played for Hibs and St Johnstone, and joined Inverness in July 2004.
He was made captain of the club at the start of the following season and was a consistent performer at the heart of the Inverness defence, making 39 appearances last season.

Motherwell manager Mark McGhee mentioned that that Craig Dargo would join midfielder Simon Mensing in his new era at Fir Park.
A deal to prise Mensing from St Johnstone was tied up before McGhee's appointment Monday.
And Dargo, 29 , who was already on Well's wishlist, discarded a final offer last week to remain with Inverness.
McGhee said, "He is a player I know more about than a lot of the players on the list, he can score goals, so he's certainly one we should consider. There is only a finite number of players and they are not hidden, everybody is looking at the same players," McGhee added
"One or 2 of the names that have already been discussed between the lads, with (secretary) Stewart Robertson or whoever, and talked about with agents are among the players that I would think about signing."
Dargo has expressed a wish to join a club in the central belt after scoring 31 goals in 2 seasons in the Highlands, and the forward has held talks with St Mirren.
Whilst Mensing maybe joined by others originally targeted by Malpas, McGhee also has his own leads to follow up.
The former Scotland forward is particularly keen to secure a forward and a left midfielder.
"I have been on the phone literally since half past 6 this morning, talking to people, leaving messages, texting people all over Europe, trying to get some names and ideas," he said.

Motherwell have persuaded midfielder Simon Mensing to leave St Johnstone.
Assistant manager Scott Leitch put the deal in place before new manager Mark McGhee is appointed Monday and the pair will unveil the player at a Fir Park press conference Tuesday.
The combative midfielder had stalled on the offer of a new contract at McDiarmid Park and had supposedly attracted interest from St Mirren and Swindon.
But Clydesdale Bank Premier League club Motherwell have beat everyone to sign him.
Saints manager Owen Coyle, who was linked to the Fir Park position himself, informed the club's official website, "I am obviously disappointed that Simon will not be with us however the bottom line is that he would like to play in the SPL and I can understand that. He will leave with our best wishes and I thank him for what he has contributed to the team in the past few seasons."
Mensing, who turns 25 next week, impressed during the Perth side's convincing 2-1 triumph over his new club in the Tennent's Scottish Cup quarter-final at Fir Park in February.
Mensing, who can also play at defender, spent 2 years in Perth after signing from Clyde, who he joined in 2002 following a loan spell from Wimbledon.
