Luton have requested a personal hearing after denying a Football Association charge relating to their FA Cup replay against QPR last month.
The Hatters were charged with "failing to ensure that their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion" during the third-round tie at Kenilworth Road on January 23, which was marred by a "mass confrontation" during the second half.
Rangers midfielder Stefan Bailey was sent off for a foul on Ahmet Brkovic and his club were hit with the same charge as Luton, which QPR also denied.
Luton won the match 1-0 but were beaten 4-0 at home by Blackburn in round four.

The Football Association has withdrawn a charge of improper conduct against Queens Park Rangers midfielder Stefan Bailey following a review.
He had been charged after a brawl between QPR and Luton players during their FA Cup replay on 23 January, which led to both clubs being charged.
Bailey, 19, had admitted the charge and requested a personal hearing.
The two clubs still face their charges of failing to control their players - and have until 12 February to respond.
The match finished in a 1-0 victory for Luton, while Bailey was sent off for a foul on Ahmet Brkovic.
