Osei Sankofa is Tall and thin and has been hailed as the next Richard Rufus. He has been with Charlton Athletic since he was about 14 years old. Last season he represented the Charlton reserves twice.

Charlton defender Osei Sankofa, 22, signed a new deal to stay as at the club until the end of the 2007-08 season.
Sankofa, who made 12 Premier League appearances for the club last season, said, "I′m pleased to sign. I think I proved last season that I can do a position for this club and hopefully I will have a prominent involvement in the Championship. I would like to be part of the Charlton team that gets the club back in the Premier League where it belongs".
Sankofa made his 1st team debut for the club against Man Utd at Old Trafford in 2003.
He had a long run in the team at right back last season when Luke Young was injured.
