MK Dons boss Paul Ince has angrily denied reports linking him with the managerial vacancy at Queens Park Rangers.
Ince only joined the Dons in the summer after leaving Macclesfield Town and has guided the club to the top of the League Two table.
It has been reported that R's chairman Gianni Paladini wants Ince at Loftus Road following the recent departure of John Gregory.
However, Ince told the Milton Keynes Citizen: "Someone's in a job and they obviously look at managers who are doing okay and just put two and two together and put it in the papers. And all of a sudden you just get speculation about nothing really. We're trying to do a job here, we don't need speculation like that to disrupt what we're trying to do at this club."

Birmingham goalkeeper Adam Legzdins has joined Halifax for a second loan spell.
Legzdins is to spend three months at the Shay following a similar spell in the 2005/06 season when he started 11 games for Chris Wilder's side.
The 20-year-old will challenge Craig Mawson for a starting place and will be in Halifax's squad to face Burton Albion this evening (Tuesday).
Legzdins is yet to make a senior appearance for Birmingham but has been a reserve team regular.
He has also had loan stints with Oldham and Macclesfield.
