Dunfermline have completed the signing of winger Kevin Harper on a 2 year deal.

Harper, who spent time on loan at Carlisle and Walsall last year, was out of contract at Stoke City.

The move sees Harper back in Scottish football for the 1st time since 1998 following his transfer to Derby from Hibs.

Harper is vastly experienced having played for Portsmouth, Norwich and Leicester before his transfer to The Britannia in 2005.

Dunfermline will be hoping the capture of the 31 year old will boost their prospects of a swift SPL return after relegation last term.
