Exactly what I was going to say. £25m divided by 12 is about 2m per player. Big signings for a championship club maybe. He ll probs be given at least £40m to revamp whole squad and get rid of all tp's deadwood. from a west ham fan

This may happen but I hate when people post what they want to happen then end it with reliable source, because this is unlikely to happen reality is we'll end up with mark hughes who will do worse than pulis and take us down

Jackson is easily good enough for a top championship team. Korey could move to the champs aswell I think! But a club like Yeovil might be the best option right now.

Stoke City are targeting two managers to replace Tony Pulis and fully expect to name one of them.
The favourite for the role is former West Brom manager Roberto Di Matteo. The Italian wants a job in the Premier League and sees a move to The Britannia as the next step in his career. City chairman Peter Coates is keen on backing Di Matteo in the transfer market.

I'm a West Brom fan and we sacked him about a year before he won the champions league! I don't think he is a huge manager and for the Stoke job it is not a bad shout. Still don't think it will happen though.

No way Norwich will buy two central defs. We have three quality CB's in Turner, Bassong & Bennett. All three are better than Ridgewell & C. Davies.

Jonas Olsson loves it at West Brom but DEFINETLY leave in this window. Olsson wants to move to London to be closer to his wife and kids. I have it on good authority that he will join either West Ham or Palace if they are promoted. Also the bloke who keeps mentioning Sebastian Coates is bang on. A deal with Liverpool has been met and he will be the baggiea second summer signing after Chris Baird.

This is all fiction. Olsson's family live in Sutton Coalfield, not anywhere near London. Coates is not moving to West Brom. And we have been linked with Baird in every transfer window since I can remember and nothings ever happened.

I have it on good advice from a member of the West Brom board. The club will make two marquee signing. The rest will made of loans and frees. He tells me the following will happen

Sebastian Coates on loan
Nathan Redmond on loan
Matias Suarez 5m

Why on Earth would Birmingham loan out Nathan Redmond, a player for whom they could easily recoup a substantial fee regardless of their financial situation?

More to the point, why would WBA sign a player, on loan albeit, who is clearly a division lower in quality.

Also, Olsson out? I doubt it highly. A great defender. If it were a bigger club like Liverpool, Newcastle, Tottenham, then yeah sure I can see the attraction, but to West Ham?

And as for Rosenberg? Why would Clarke be fitting him into his team for the last 6-8 matches if he didn't have a future after just one season in English football.

Romelu lukaku will rejoin westbrom on loan next season. Chelsea were impressed with the youngsters progression at Albion last season! Clarke will also use his friendship with Jose to seal the deal! Lukaku will be more than happy to go back after describing west brom as feeling like home and crediting this for his good form!

I've had to listen to an Albion fan at work spouting this rubbish all day! Fact is that Mourinho likes a big striker up front ( Drogba ) and Lukaku would fit that role perfectly.

When is this rubbish of signing anything that walks and then loaning said players out to clubs in the same division going to end? How/when are these clubs ever to develop their own academies/talent with this sort of nonsense? Football authorities get a grip. Players only to be loaned out to clubs in a different division OR must be able to play againt anyone in the division, including the parent club!

Have been told West Brom are confident of getting Lukaku again next season. Helped by friendship of Clarke and Mourinho.
This will not stop the pursuit of Mbokani. They are looking at playing them together. Wages saved from Odemwingie will fund this.

What about shane long can't really leave him out can you?

Shane Long Is a trier but he hasn't got the power to worry defenders like Lukaku. His best attribute is his speed going past players and getting on the end of crosses. doesn't score enough goals though and that's the bottom line. wouldn't be unhappy if we bought strikers in with a better goals per game ratio and sold Long for good money to balance the books.

Long will be used more as an impact player from the bench I would say

Long still the best striker at the club IMO

Olsson has a £3.5m release clause for specific clubs, and if none of those clubs come in he said he's happy to stay at the hawthorns! Dorrans is still on the transfer list so it's possible he will go!

I have also heard that Messi wants to move to Sheffield Wednesday. Utter crap!

Olsson has a £3.5 million buy out clause which relates to only 6 top clubs. West Ham are not among them. Yes he has stated he would like to live in London but the fee would have to be far more than the release fee, more likely in the region of £6-10 million

West Brom will sign: Sebastian Coates, Ben Marshall, Florent Malouda, Franco Di Santo and Deiumerci Mbokani.
