Chelsea want to buy Luis Suarez and Ramadel Falcao for £50 million each to have the most dangerous strike force in the Premier League. They also want to buy Toulouse's midfield maestro Etienne Capoue - however he would cost them £10 million.

Liverpool have issued a hands off to all clubs regarding Suarez . It's a nice sum but can't see him leaving this summer
