SOUTHAMPTON RUMOUR PAGE - I have heard from a very reliable source that Southampton have knocked back 2 offers for Luke Shaw from Chelsea which is common knowledge. However once Southampton advised they would not respond to any further offers Chelsea may have started to turn Southampton Chairman NC with a very complex and interesting offer as a long term replacement for Ashley Cole. this is made up of an unspecified amount but to include the return loan of Luke for TWO seasons to continue his development, the transfer of Lukaku (not specified but assume this is a loan for a season) and the perm signing of a choice of youth players with Saints said to be keep on Nathan Ake. this is a very complex deal which will take weeks to complete if at all but interesting all the same.
