FK Partizan were disqualified from the 2007/2008 UEFA Cup after their appeal against their punishment relating to the 1st qualifying round 1st-leg match against NK Zrinjski in Bosnia-Herzegovina on 19 July was discarded by the UEFA Appeals Body.
Partizan were disqualified from the UEFA Cup by the UEFA Control and Disciplinary Body last month for the conduct of their supporters during the 1st leg in Mostar.
The Belgrade club were also fined €30,056. After an appeal by Partizan, the punishment was delayed and they were able to play the 2nd leg of the tie, completing a 11-1 aggregate win, however with the proviso that they could be eliminated if they lost their appeal.
Zrinjski will therefore meet FK Rabotnicki in the 2nd qualifying round, with the 1st leg in F.Y.R. Macedonia on 16 August and the return a fortnight later.
