Bundesliga side VfL Bochum have added Swedish defender Matias Concha to their team after the 27 year old signed a 4 year contract.
The four-times capped right back has joined from Swedish 1st division side Djurgardens IF, and had his medical in Bochum on Thursday to have completed the deal for an undisclosed sum.
"Matias Concha is 1 of the main candidates for the right back position in the Swedish national side", mentioned Bochum director Stefan Kuntz. "He is the battler who has proved himself to us with his ability and character".
The defender will play his last game for Djurgardens on 2 July, before joining the Bochum team the following day.
Concha is Bochum′s 7th new recruit after the transfers of Marc Pfertzel, Heinrich Schmidtgal, Mergim Mavraj, Stanislav Sestak, Danny Fuchs and Philipp Heerwagen in the summer.
Meanwhile, Belgian forward Joris van Hout has left Bochum after signing a 4 year contract with VC Westerlo.

Bochum have made a double defensive swoop to snap up Livorno′s Marc Pfertzel and Djurgardens′ Matias Concho.
Twenty-six year old Frenchman Pfertzel has joined the Bundesliga club for an undisclosed fee, penning a 4 year contract at the Ruhrstadion.
He was with Livorno for 4 seasons, making only over 100 appearances for the Serie A outfit.
Sweden international stopper Concha, 27, will leave his homeland after 3 years with Djurgardens, also signing a 4 year deal with Bochum.
Bochum′s sporting director, Stefan Kuntz, said to the club′s official website, "We have had Marc Pfertzel intensively watched. He is the committed player, who is adaptable and has some international experience. Matias Concha is 1 of the leading candidates for the right back slot in the Swedish national team. He is the tough tackler, who convinced us as a player and with his character".
