Promising Kayserispor forward Ílhan Parlak declared his delight at joining "a good club" after agreeing a transfer to Turkish champions Fenerbahce SK.
The highly rated Turkey U21 international, who still had a year left to run on his Kayserispor contract, puts pen to paper on a 5 year deal with the Super Lig champions.
"I feel very happy to be at Fenerbahce," he said. "I have always known how good this club is however after coming to the training camp, I have seen the reality of its greatness."
Ílhan was a key member of Turkey′s team at the 2006 UEFA European U19 Championship, sharing the top scorer prize with Spain′s Alberto Bueno with 5 goals each.
The 20 year old, who struck 5 times in 11 league starts last season, joins Roberto Carlos, Colin Kazim-Richards, Wederson and Ali Bilgin as Fenerbahce′s new arrivals with the club starting their UEFA Champions League adventure in the group stage.

Turkish champions Fenerbahce sign Sheffield United forward Colin Kazim-Richards on a 4 year deal.
The 20 year old made his debut for Turkey in June′s goalless draw against Brazil and supposedly attracted interest from a number of Turkish clubs.
But the Istanbul club beat everyone having offered in the region of £1.275 million for the former Brighton man, who joined the Blades for £150,000 last summer.
Kazim-Richards made 29 appearances for the Blades, however scored only one goal.
That strike came against Bolton at Bramall Lane in November, however inspite of his poor return in front of goal Turkey manager Fatih Terim secured his services at international level.
Kazim-Richards, who was born in London, is eligible to play for Turkey through his Turkish Cypriot mother.
He came on after 62 minutes of the recent friendly against Brazil in Dortmund and shared 4 minutes in attack with Tuncay Sanli, who will leave Fenerbahce for Boro.
"I know I have made the right decision to come to the largest club in Turkey," mentioned Kazim-Richards.
"I can′t wait for the season to start and for Fenerbahce to go on to win another Turkish title."
The transfer fee will have given new Blades manager Bryan Robson more freedom in the transfer market as he is looking to bring in his own targets.

Sheffield United have agreed a deal with Turkish champions Fenerbahce for forward Colin Kazim-Richards.
The Istanbul side, managed by legendary Brazil midfielder Zico, will pay £1.275 million, earning the Blades a healthy profit on the £150,000 they splashed out when signing the 20 year old from Brighton last August.
A number of Turkish clubs were supposedly interested in securing the services of Kazim-Richards, who made his senior debut for Fatih Terim′s national team in a goalless draw against Brazil earlier this month.
Inspite of being born in London he is eligible to play for Turkey through his Turkish Cypriot mother.
Kazim-Richards made 29 appearances for the Blades last season with his only goal coming in a 2-2 draw against Bolton at Bramall Lane in November.
The transfer fee will have given new Blades manager Bryan Robson more freedom in the transfer market as he is looking to bring in his own targets.
