Derby have received international clearance for Benny Feilhaber and the American might make his debut at Spurs on Saturday.
The Rams agreed a £1 million deal with German side Hamburg for the midfielder however were waiting for the green light to be able to field the US international in the Premier League.
International clearance has now been granted and the 22 year old expects to be in Billy Davies' team for the tough trip to White Hart Lane.
Davies was delighted with the development and he admitted that he was impressed with the youngster in training.
