Al Kuwait Sports Club destroyed Al Shabab 5-0 in the quarterfinals of the Kuwait Emir's Cup to remain on track for a double.
Meshal Hameed fired a hat-trick for the Kuwaiti League champions and they will face archrivals Al Qadsiya, who accounted for Al Sablikheet by the same scoreline, in the semifinals.
Al Salimiyah edged Kazma 4-2 on penalties after full time finished 4 goals apiece to book their place in the other semifinal against Al Arabi, who beat Al Tadamoun 2-1.
The semifinals take place tomorrow whilst the final is planned for June 25.
