Has his own goalkeeping academy in the US (imaginatively called the Adin Brown Goalkeeping Academy!).

He was originally drafted third overall into the MLS by the Colorado Rapids in 2000 MLS 'Superdraft'. In 2001, along with D Scott Vermillion, he was traded to Tampa Bay Mutiny for M Carlos Valderamma, GK Scott Garlick and D Richie Kotschau.

In 2002 he was a free agent, after the Mutiny folded, and signed for New England Revolution, who won the Eastern Conference and reached the MLS Cup Final in his first season. In 2004 he struggled with injury but still managed to gain a move to Norway to join Aalesund on a free transfer. Despite his performances Aalesund suffered relegation to Norway's second flight in 2005.

Adin is a Christian Scientist and so refuses to accept many forms of treatment, which probably goes a long way towards explaining his career being blighted by injury.
